Refund policy

Returns for Orders Within Norway

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy for orders within Norway.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must not have been used

  • The original tag must still be attached

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • The product and packaging must be in the same condition as when received

Returns that show signs of use or damage may be refused.


Returns for Orders Within the EU

We accept returns from EU customers within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The original tag must still be attached

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning items from the EU.

Allowing EU returns helps ensure a safe and confident shopping experience, while keeping return handling fair for both customers and our business.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Additionally, sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Symphony Gems does not cover return shipping fees.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days

Uncollected Packages

Please make sure your order is collected before the carrier’s pick-up deadline.

If a package is not collected and returned to us, Symphony Gems reserves the right to charge the customer for the return shipping cost.
